💉 For Providers (Injectors & Clinics)

Once you’re registered with FaceScribe, you can refer your client to one of our prescriber clinic days. Simply book them into a scheduled session. They will attend in person for a face-to-face consultation, in line with current guidelines.

No. There are no minimums. You can refer one client or many—whatever suits your business.

You pay a one-off consultation fee per client. There are no subscriptions or hidden charges. The cost is transparent and shared in advance of booking.

Yes, you’re welcome to accompany your client to the consultation if preferred, especially for first-time treatments.

Yes! Non-medics operating within legal scope and training (e.g. Level 3+ aesthetics or beauty-trained injectors) are welcome to use the platform. You’ll still need to ensure your insurance covers you for treatments.

Absolutely. All FaceScribe prescribers are GMC/NMC registered, independently insured, and fully vetted.

👩‍⚕️ For Prescribers

Fill out our [Prescriber Registration Form]. Once approved, you’ll be added to the network and can choose your availability for hub clinics.

Yes! You have full flexibility. Choose from existing hub locations or suggest new ones. FaceScribe supports your schedule and preferences.

No. FaceScribe connects you with trusted, pre-screened providers who refer clients to you for prescribing. However, you’re welcome to bring your own network too.

You’ll receive a set fee per consultation. FaceScribe handles booking and promotion, and ensures you’re paid promptly after clinic days.

🛡️ Safety & Compliance

Yes. We are fully aligned with Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and Medical and Aesthetic Complications Expert Group (ACE/MDC) standards.

We ensure all face-to-face consultations are carried out by a registered prescriber before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is issued.

Patient safety is at the heart of everything we do. All consultations are face-to-face and documented appropriately. Prescribers are accountable for their prescribing decisions, and providers are expected to treat within their level of competence and training.

⚙️ How It Works

Our hub model means we host regular prescriber clinics at key locations. Providers can refer their clients to these set sessions for consultation. It’s an efficient, compliant solution for solo and mobile injectors.

We’re currently active in the East Midlands, with more locations being added soon. Dates and locations are regularly updated via Instagram stories and pinned posts.

Yes! We’re always looking to expand. If you’d like to host or suggest a prescriber hub in your area, just reach out.
